Thanks to everyone for making Tuesday, December 14, a night to remember! After nine months of developing, shooting and post "Charlie", we were finally able to see it on the big screen at Vancity Theatre! We also raised a nice chunk of cash for Canuck Place Hospice. A great night all around!

Thanks to the Celluloid Social Club, my short film script "The Money Pet" was selected the winner out of 75 entries this summer! With a slew of In-Kind services from the Vancouver Film Industry, we will be producing this modern day fairytale in early 2011 and hope to have it premiering at film festivals next summer! Stay tuned...

Iron Golem

Just a head's up that a screenplay I wrote for the SyFy Channel is currently in post-production and should hit TV screens this summer. "Iron Golem" is exactly what it sounds like. A tongue-in-cheek B movie about an alien entity that crash lands in small town America. It's ability to manipulate metal enables it to take the form of a monstrous metal creature that terrorizes the helpless townsfolk. Man, I wish I could see this at a double-feature in a drive-in....

'Swap' will be having its US premiere at the 2008 Seattle True Independent Film Festival! The screening is on Sunday, June 15th at 930pm at Central Cinema in Seattle. The Festival organizers gave it the 'Best Reason to call Dr. Phil' Stiff award. I'm truly honoured to be considered worthy of some time with the man who reached out to Britney Spears in her time of need!

'Swap' will be playing the 11th Annual Okanagan Film Festival! The screening takes place at 1:15 pm on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at the Paramount Theatre in Kelowna, British Columbia. The film will be presented with other shorts from around the world in the Short Film Showcase #2 program.
